Mango Float (grahams mango cake)

Recently, I' ve been craving for something sweet and creamy. I had a piece of cake from my mom's birthday last Tuesday, but it did not satisfy me. So I was thinking of making dessert that I really love to eat. I decided to make mango float, it is a combination of ripe mangoes, cream and crackers (grahams). Thinking about it makes me drool..lol..

There are many fancy videos and blogs online about how to make this dessert, and this is my version of it.

It is very easy to make this dessert. I only use 3 ingredients in my mango float.

Ingredients:

3 medium size ripe mangoes (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 can kremdensada (a mixture of condensed milk and heavy cream)
Graham crackers (20 pcs)

How to make:

In a clear glass pan, layer the crackers.

Layer the sliced mangoes on top of the crackers.

Pour on the kremdensada.

Repeat the process. Until all the ingredients are used.

Chill for 5- 6 hours or overnight.

Note: You can use condensed milk and all purpose cream (Nestle) mixed together.

I prefer kremdensada because it's already prepared and ready to use and it is not too sweet.

Enjoy reading and thanks for dropping by.
