VLOG 011: The Importance of a Social Media Detox [DTube]
As a follow-up to my previous vlog, I discuss some thoughts on the importance of taking a social media detox and why I haven't posted in a while.

Yes, we are so unproductive because we are too busy with social media, a lot of work is hampered, a lot of time is wasted just to access social media that is not important and do not give any extra. then it is very important to do the media detox media, then compare how the productivity of your days. you should do social media detox on apps that are not important and waste time but stay active on social media that gives you knowledge, income and other benefits, such as steemit and its variants (dtube and others)
Good advice. I try to detox on the weekends, though I often break the rule.
