Robinhood will introduce cryptocurrencies

The no fee stock trading app Robinhood has announced the addition of cryptocurrencies to the platform starting in February.

The first cryptocurrencies to be added will be Bitcoin and Ethereum followed by many other coins.

This will be rolled out on a state by state basis. This will initially be available to customers in California, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, and New Hampshire.

You’ll be able to withdraw your coins by going through an additional identification verification process.

It is not clear what other coins will be added in the future to the platform. But, Robinhood has added real time market data for the following:
