Step by step

This is our house we are paying monthly back in the Philippines. My husband and I tempted to gave this up couple of times because of the budget specially our companies where we are working are not stable anymore and anytime we can lose our jobs. Then I remember that we can look for tenants to rent this while we are here workinG abroad and help with the monthly amortization so our plan B was born - to look for people to fix tile flooring and grills to make it look nice and also secure with the grills in the windows and doors. Even with the walking distance guardhouse, tenants are stull looking for something that they can sleep well because of these secured house. I just hope with the free annual ticket that I will be getting next month is enough for the fees. Praying for it.
