Birth Certificate = Money

Years ago some time in my early teenage years I asked my mum for my Birth Certificate just out of interest. She was only too happy to satisfy my interest.

Now I am English so I am speaking from an English point of view however when I was speaking to my Portuguese friend the other day he was quite surprised as his birth certificate was made the same way.

So I guess here it must at least be the same way in many countries around the world.

So now my interest was not really satisfied more like a "Wow" moment.

How come my Birth Certificate is made from money...

I am sure you all are aware of the "Tax" system that every country imposes upon their subjects?

Yes that good old tax system is related to the birth of you.

When you are registered via your Birth Certificate the state estimate how much money you are going to be able to generate for the state and pay the state via the tax system. Henceforth your Birth Certificate is a Bond. In layman's terms Bonds are used by companies, municipalities, states and sovereign governments to raise money and finance a variety of projects and activities. Owners of bonds are debtholders.

Yep you as the owner of the Birth Certificate are the Owner of the Bond so you are in debt from the moment you are registered with the state.

Now what happens when the bonds that have been issued and the payments are not coming in as hoped for?

Easy raise the tax's people pay and issue more fines on them...
