[Steem Assistant] v1.5.2 Bug Fix and Feature Work

Bug Fixes

• Wallet Button Duplicating URL
  There was an issue with the wallet button when someone attempted to use it multiple times in a row where it would take you to a 404 page. "https://steemit.com/@jrmiller87/transfers" is what the link should look like but clicking it multiple times made it look like "https://steemit.com/@jrmiller87/transfers/@jrmiller87/transfers"
• Solution
  To fix this issue required fixing the relative links being added when the wallet button is being created and insert into the DOM.

New Features

• Converting VESTS to Steem Power
  This is a feature I've been trying to implement and one that I wanted to implement at the same time as I released this bug fix. Unfortunately I'm having issues where the properties I'm attempting to grab from the API are returning "undefined." I'm still working to implement this but it's taking longer than I expected.
