She sat in the makeshift office once again. Was it really Monday? It couldn't be--it had been Monday yesterday. She remembered it vaguely. Someone had made a comment about the weekend being too short. Pretty sure that was yesterday. And someone was playing a very cruel cosmic joke; making it Monday two days in a row.

"There are no more Tuesdays. It will always be Monday from now on. Get used to it. Your deadlines are now on Mondays. But paydays are still on Fridays. mwahhhaaa...."
