1 tsp mix herbs
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups buttermilk
For Coating
1.5 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tblspn meat tenderizer
