chicken in red sauce

 Hello my friends 

Today, I offer a dish Algiers, very simple, easy and very good. It's chicken in red sauce.

-Here are its ingredients:

-3 or 4 pieces of chicken

-5 or 6 cloves of garlic

-1 teaspoon red pepper

-1/2 tbsp black pepper

-1/2 c with cumin, salt

-4 cs oil

- 2 handles of chickpeas

The preparation :

In a pot, arrange the pieces of chicken, chopped garlic, pour the oil and make them come back for a few moments adding the spices then cover with water, add the chickpeas and cook.

After cooking the chicken reduce the sauce and serve in a deep dish.
