Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin?

I believe in this once and then I saw that Bitcoin put a huge distance on Ethereum right after so I will not bet that Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin even if it's totally possible in fact it's even probable.

ETH has more use than BTC but I personally think it will not happen in the near future as BTC is more widely accepted as payments right now and the Lightning Network is just around the corner.
