Waiting for me

What is out there
Waiting for me?
A world of potential
That I long to see

Tired of being in one place
It’s all that I’ve known
For so very long
I want to be shown

What else is good
What else is possible
A new life for me
Where I am responsible

For choosing what I
Want to create
Based on my beliefs
And my mind state

And I choose to view life
As a journey
Full of adventure
And discovery

So I am joyful
And look forward to see
What lies ahead
Waiting for me.
