The Collective

A NEW POEM EVERYDAY IN APRIL

Hey Steemit buds,

I am a traveler who just completed a 2 month journey across the U.S. and Thailand. Along the way I was finally able to truly find a vision for a poetry collection for 2 very long years. I would like to hear any feedback, thoughts, and comments on my work. I will be posting a poems regularly throughout the next few months.

We are the collective,
we move
we think,
we know,
together.

We are the collective,
we breathe,
we eat,
we fuck,
all the same.

We are the collective!
We are the 99%!
We are the masses,
the sheep, the lamb.

We are the one and the same.
We are the dime a dozen.
We eat superstars as sustenance,
and breath their plastic pollen.

We are the collective-
and we will never know the difference.
