Bitconnect exchange open?

So its a total pisser about Bitconnect closing. I live in Texas so I was worried when the cease and desist happened but I didn't expect the whole site to shut down? Anyways, a friend told me that he was selling his BCC tokens on livecoin super cheap, but I also heard rumblings that the exchange would open again soon so that tokens could be traded for BTC. What are yall doing moving forward? I figure I will just let my tokens sit there for a day or two and see if they open the exchange back up.
