I've climbed another step
And there's still some way to go,
In the meantime I enjoy
Of another new dawn.
Thanking God
First for being a woman,
And for taking care of my life
Long before I was born.
Today I feel like a lily
About to bloom,
And I don't want it to be tarnished
The hues of yesterday.
If a tear rolled down
For an infamous love,
Today there's no trace left
Nor ashes to sweep away.
One year he told the other
If he wanted to go back,
