Health and fitness

It is often said that health is wealth , so it’s very important for us to take care of our health

So what is this health and fitness

Health is a complete state of physical mental and social wellbeing And fitness means the ability of someone to perform his or her daily activities without fatigue

With these definitions we all can see the importance and benefits of health and fitness

Even if you have all the money and resources in these and you are not healthy that alone will be a big problem and it will make you to do everything within your power to make sure that you are healthy

It is true that we can’t Eradicate illness or disease but we can prevent it

Cancer and So many these diseases are everywhere and they affecting everyone I irrespective Of age or status

If you are not healthy, you can’t be fit

Health and Fitness works together

I have a story to share

A story that taught me that health and fitness is everything

During one of my clinical posting , I was posted to one of the female wards in the hospital

I met a woman very beautiful and talk her skin was beautiful, she’s kind ,lovely and rich but one thing was a problem which was health , her health was deteriorating and she was not fit to do anything for herself, she could not stand nor sit by herself without assistance , that was how bad it’s was

I felt bad , I prayed and did my best to take care of her during my shift

If her family could buy good health and fitness she would have done so because they had the money , they were rich 🤑

I’m essence do whatever you have to do to be healthy and fit

Try as much as possible to get good foods ( natural food) reduce your intake of processed food , exercise as much as possible , reduce your salt and sugar consumption, eat nutritious meals

These will go a long way and it will help you to stay healthy and fit .
