Life is unexpected
Sometimes joyous
Other times nothing but suffering
Lonely nights consume
The darkness may seem to prevail
An eternal void
Although
The world is caught in a golden braid
A loop that Bach, Godel, and Escher knew of
There is always a shift
It is an intrinsic part of our universe
To our existence
And the sun will rise again
