From the teaching of Bro. Eli Soriano, a true Christian and follower of Christ must learn how to forgive one another. Forgiveness is not just a feeling or a just ordinary kindness it is a command from God and a better way to live a holy life. Holding grudge can damage our souls and make God not to hear our prayers. That's the reason we must learn how to forgive so that it can enhance our connection between us and God.

Forgiving others, even when they do not ask for it, shows that we understand the mercy that God has shown us. Even the holy bible teaches us that, if we did not forgive one another, God will not forgive us too. Jesus set the perfect example when He prayed for His enemies, saying, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” As followers of Christ, we are called to do the same.

Forgiveness does not end when you pretend to forget that you're not hurt. Instead it means removing the grudges from your heart and allow God to handle everything. When we forgive, we experience peace, healing, and a deeper connection with God.

Let us try to accept forgiveness a constant practice in our daily lives. Whether with family, friends, or strangers, we should always embrace mercy over vengeance, and love over hatred just as Christ did for us.
