Time to Self Quarantine

It does NOT matter if you have cold/flu symptoms or not—If you haven’t yet “self quarantined” you need to do that like yesterday as much as possible and limit your exposure to other possibly infected people and the public.

Do not wait. You can not depend on local or national governments or your favorite news outlets to look after your personal health and tell you what is best for you and your family.
