I just found this video and I am laughing my ass off. At Disneyland theme park, they have parades where all the different characters ride floats through the crowd and stir up a party.

This video shows one character in particular, Goofy, getting a little out of hand. He reminds me of the one too drunk girl at the club getting wild. He even tied his ears so he could keep going!
