Steemit Recipes: Cold beetroot soup

We will need:
Beet 1 pc
Cucumber 1 pc
Onion, dill, parsley
kefir
Potatoes 3 pieces

Boil the beet and potatoes

Slicing greenery

Cucumber without peel cut into strips
We rub beets on a large grater

Then we mix beet, cucumber and greenery
