Marriage actually is sweet for your health — and your longevity. the celebrated Framingham Offspring Study found that married men had a forty six p.c lower risk of death than never-married men, partly because of marriage’s well-known impact on heart health. Indeed, a 2014 study by ny University’s Langone middle found that married men and girls had a five p.c lower risk of upset.
