QRL, Quantum computing, and crypto

Quantum computing is entering the newscycle again. A recent article in TechCrunch shows progress being made to the point now it bares watching since it could change the crypto landscape dramatically. 

I was reading about QRL and bought in a little bit - it could be a coin that runs and doubles as a potential "quantum computing" hedge, of sorts. 

Also, quantum-proof crypto algos is an interesting subject, i.e., supersingular isogeny key exchange. I think I'm going to to dive into some online classes on it, because this is something that is definitely not going away.
