... Karlsruhe. Not only is he never going to recoup that money, if he doesn't follow up I'll retake it by the end of the week.

After having started about 36 hours ago, I already 3 parcels! And I haven't even dropped a dime! So I guess there's no need to exchange referral codes and whatnot..
