MY MATCH INTO/KIT UP š
Bro this Division 8 AI final was actually insane because it decided if I was getting promoted to Division 7 or not. This was my 5th match in the league and I had already won the first 4 matches back to back. I was sitting on 12 points and I knew if I won this one thatās 15 points straight, which is the benchmark to go up. The game even gave me the option to forfeit the remaining 5 matches because I had already qualified. But nah, I wasnāt about to skip. I wanted to end Division 8 with a statement and go into Division 7 with confidence. I went in with my green and yellow kit against AC Milan and from kickoff I could tell the AI was not ready for what I was about to do. The stadium was packed, the āTHE PITCH IS OURSā banners were everywhere, and I was locked in.
The first goal came early around the 13th minute and it set the tone for the whole match. I played a nice build up through midfield with El-Hadji Diouf dropping deep, then I slid a through ball to Sergio Aguero. He took one touch and smashed it past the keeper. The game popped up āMagnificent Passā and āMarvellous Goal! Now Keep Going!ā on screen and Aguero was flexing in front of the net with his 97 card looking disgusting. 1-0 up and I could feel the AI starting to panic. Milan tried to play out from the back but my pressing was too much. Every time they gave me the ball I was already in their half. Wayne Rooney was controlling midfield, De Bruyne was spraying passes, and I was just running the show. The crowd was loud and I was just focused on not messing this up because promotion was on the line.
By halftime I was already up 3-0 and it was looking like a training session. Diouf got on the scoresheet too with a āGolazoā around the 20th minute. I played a quick one-two with Rooney and Diouf just curled it in from outside the box. The replay showed how clean it was and the keeper didnāt even move. Then another goal came from a fast counter where I caught Milanās defense sleeping. 3-0 at 20 minutes and I knew it was over. But I wasnāt done. I kept attacking because I wanted double digits. Second half I just kept pouring it on. More goals from Aguero, Rooney, De Bruyne, Gerrard, everyone was scoring. I was switching play, using āDash & Pressureā to win the ball high, and just slicing them open. The AI literally had no answer. They couldnāt pass, they couldnāt shoot, they were just chasing shadows the whole game.
The final score ended up being 11-0 full time and I was just laughing at my screen. Iāve never had a scoreline like that in a league final before. Every attack was working. Through balls were landing, shots were going in, even long range efforts were finding the net. The game kept giving me options like āSkipā or āGoal Celebrationā after every goal because it happened so much. Milan had zero shots on target. Zero. My defense with Van Dijk and Rooney at the back didnāt have to do anything. It was just attack after attack. By the 80th minute I was just playing tiki-taka to waste time and still scoring. There was one point where I scored 3 goals in like 5 minutes and the game didnāt even have time to show the replays properly. The AI was completely broken at that point.
Winning 11-0 in the Division 8 AI final felt crazy because it wasnāt even close. 5 matches, 5 wins, 15 points, and straight promotion to Division 7 without losing a single game. The game told me I could forfeit the rest of the matches but Iām glad I played this one because ending with a statement win like that hits different. Aguero and Diouf were unreal, Rooney was pulling strings in midfield, and my whole team just clicked. Seeing āAC Milan 0 - 11 G!ā on the final screen was so satisfying. Now Iām in Division 7 and I canāt wait to see if I can keep this form going. If Division 8 was this easy, Division 7 better be ready because Iām coming in hot and Iām not here to play šŖ
