Sunday 3km

Hi guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 30
degree celsius in my hometown. Our country is in draught season now and I ran 3km at easy pace in the neighbourhood near my place and called it a day.

Now I am in the process of building up my endurance slowly by increasing the mileage each week.
