Regarding @buildawhale

Is anyone able or willing to shed some light on who owns the account @buildawhale.
If you look at its repetitive posts both here and on Steemit.com they all have the same format burbling on about how courageous the account is and they always provide names of accounts they have banned.

The strange part is that all of the accounts named have been dead for 2 years or more. Maybe they have some accounts which have been dead for less time but I have been unable to find even 1 and I have looked at a lot of these posts.

I was lead to believe that @buildawhale was owned by @themarkymark
But that could not be could it?
And what on earth is an account that is operated in such an underhanded way doing with power to create black lists?
A top twenty witness milking steem and hive with bullshit posts about work he did not do?
