An alien arrives to Earth to bring earthlings into the "Catalog of Intelligent Civilizations" and asks

Why do many people on the Earth suffer from the abundance of land, water and light?

No money.

Why are there so many homeless people with all your possibilities?
"There is not enough money."
"Why are you so polluting your planet?"
"No money to arrange otherwise."
"Why are there so many sick people that can be cured?"

Not enough money.

What kind of resource is so scarce that you do not normally live? Can you help him with other planets to bring? And anyway, where do you get it?
