Mahasthangarh

Mahasthangarh is one of the oldest ancient monuments in Bangladesh. The famous city was also known as Pundranagpur or Pundranagara. [1] [2] [3] Mahasthangarh was once the capital of Bengal. It was archaeological evidence that the civilized population was established before the birth of Jesus Christ, some 2,500 years ago. In 2016, it was declared as the cultural capital of the country.
