#IAAC - Day 4
Hey everyone!
Hope all is well!
At the moment I feel very good. The best I've felt in a year. I definitely don't want to fall back into worrying about my health. I want to focus on the things I'm experiencing right now. The love I receive from the people around me. I don't want to disappoint those people by showing them just a small part of myself when I have a lot more to prove, not only to them, but to myself as well.
That's why currently I write down the things that cross my mind and stay there for a while. You know, the things that stay centered around a certain person, a memory or really just a feeling. This way I'm learning to be honest with myself and learn to express myself.
Still, I ask myself the question, is it weird for dudes to keep a journal?
