Believe
No matter how hard you have tried, how long you have fought and how much you have persisted, don't just give up. Your ability to stay a second longer underlines your determination to conquer that fear and achieve that feat.
Yes you have heard this many times over even applied it but gave up when it seemed like it wasn't working out as planned. Here's the trick, cast your net one more time expect the best, think positive and you'll surely win.
