Curently I have enough Battle rating for Gold 2 but only 95k CP...
Should I invest this season for GOLD II? From Yours experience is worthing?

Definitely not. Unless you are making considerable sacrifices to the god of RNG.
I should also not that needing only 5k CP for gold III would make that worth it, but getting 50k cp to go from G3 to G2 is far too expensive. You will pay a premium to take that gamble.
