#74 - PORTRAIT STUDY - DRAWING
Hi guys, how are you doing today.
Recently I join a group on WhatsApp with several artist like me on the platform and we have been doing a daily drawing challenge where a picture reference will be posted on the group us everyone to draw and submit at a given deadline. This is my first time participating in the challenge as I just joined the platform recently so i was really excited to work on it.
Although i have little challenge choosing a medium to use in approaching the sketch cause it’s my first but I ended up choosing charcoal stick to work with ag the end and i must say, it was a really lovely process. And I got to learn from others also on the group by observing and studying their approach to know what I could have done better to improve my drawing and techniques i might be missing out on.

ohh you used charcoal for this? that is so cool 😮😮 i thought it was ink ar first because of how much depth the black has. this is an awesome portraiture practice
