Hello SteemiT...my first post

I've come to steemit to share my art and my love of craft. I found steemit through my research into cryptocurrencies and fell in love with the idea of a decentralized social site where we pay each other for content. Although I'm not here for the money, I would like to invest my time for steem and save in steem. I think cyptos have a bright future and want to be a part of it. I don't only want to invest in the technology, I want to use it. And steemit my first choice. I've always been creative with a love of fantasy, expressionism, abstractions, geometry. I mostly paint on canvas and I love to draw; But I also craft. I mostly craft larp swords and foam sculptures for d&d miniatures. I hope to share many of my works that I have done with the steemit community, and maybe we will create some new ones together.

Welcome to Steemit!

Here's a user-friendly guide to Steemit that I put together for new users especially that you may find helpful. It's a very brief introduction to the most basic elements of Steemit, which are steem, steem dollars, steem power, voting power, followers, vests and witnesses.
