Hello Everyone!

Our roof deck had been giving us trouble lately. With the rainy season approaching, leaks became a growing concern. So we decided to install a roof structure—something practical, something necessary. It wasn’t meant to be beautiful; it was meant to solve a problem.

As I was checking the progress of the work, making sure everything was in place, something caught my eye. The sunlight hit the newly installed purlins just right, casting long, geometric shadows across the concrete floor. Lines stretched, intersected, and formed patterns that looked almost like a carefully drawn sketch—except this one was alive, shifting subtly with the light.

I immediately took out my phone, and captured it for the shadow contest.
