Be Happy (POB-WOTW)
Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony.
vHappy is not just by the physical expression, is all about what's is in the inside, and happy is not about what you see that makes you laugh,
happy/happiness deals with your achievement in something, your long term desire that comes through, this are the main things that makes one Happy. Which is why happy is define as the feeling or showing pleasure or contentment. For instance;
When I joined the POB community, my first month, I can see my rewards are around 35pob, then I decided to work harder to increase my rewards, my second month, my reward increase I started seeing 45pob on a post, later I wrote a post and I saw 69pob, I was really happy because that was my highest reward so far.
We can see that happy is not from the appearance but the achievement. another example is.
You can be happy with someone else success. My people only show fake smile or happiness, but inside of them, they are ranging for anger, happy or happiness is not an individual thing alone, it deals with how you derive joy from things around you. English dictionary said happy means to be delight, glad, pleased, feeling pleasure and enjoyment over a particular thing.
Happy/ happiness has advantage which is, When we're happy, our brains are more motivated, engaged, creative, energetic, resilient, and productive. Happier people have better overall health and live longer than their less happy peers. Not only that, happiness could in fact be the key to success and happiness also brings substantial benefits for society as a whole.
The major thing we all have to know is no matter what the situation we find ourselves, we must make sure nothing disturbed our inner happiness, because ones it disturbed, you're affected negativity. BE HAPPY. Thanks for reading. @kuse6051

You know what happens to people like that ?
They never get to experience good things. When you rejoice with others, definitely situations would come that would make people rejoice with you.
I once heard that, what you don’t want, you don’t think. This means human’s heart eventually attracts what he thinks often. So those who think of other people’s downfall would eventually experience it more often than usual.

Happiness is also intentional. To me I've decided to always be happy, what about you.

Thank you for sharing. I was not aware of this possibility. Actually, perhaps it's better to write that it's not a concept I have been witness to in my life. I never thought to associate happy with productive in terms of working towards something.
Determination, drive, and the unstoppable force that draws you closer to your goal is what is important. I guess I should write "was" important. I know you need to be happy, or content, with something to stick to it though. I'm not sure why I never put two and two together.
