MY PRESENTATION

Hello, Steemit Community. First of all, I am grateful to belong from now on to this great and valuable community.

My name is Laura Becerra, I am Venezuelan, from Guanare, capital of the Portuguese State. I am 36 years old, the mother of two treasures and the wife of a great man. Likewise, I am a daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, sister-in-law and friend of great human beings from whom I have learned and continue to learn day by day.

Professionally I am a music teacher, although I am a Social Pedagogue and I have a master's degree in Educational Orientation, my passion is Music. I am an instrumentalist (academic and popular percussion, cuatro, piano, flute), training in the System of Youth and Children Orchestras of Venezuela in the heart of my city Guanare, where I was part of the percussion row of the Orquesta Sinfónica de los Llanos in the years 1998-2013. I was also a teacher of the Percussion Chair of the Youth Orchestra of the Nucleus from 2000-2005. I have received classes from great percussionists, in Harmony, in musical pedagogy, Children's Choir, among others.

As I mentioned earlier, I am a music teacher at the Integral Bolivarian School for the Arts in Guanare, where I teach and encourage children to appreciate, enjoy and perform music first and foremost. There, I teach recorder and cuatro lessons and I have formed a singing group in which different instruments are assembled, all played by the students and myself

Well, I hope to be able to make my contributions, both musical, on the work I have been doing in music pedagogy, as well as in the field of education, guidance and other topics of current interest and to enhance my knowledge of their contributions. Bye
