This history started from Nagaland in 2015.Army officer's wife Shailza Dwivedi And Army major Nikhil Handa had met in Nagaland when her husband was posted there.They are love started From here.They had nearly very close in relation.They kept contact even when she moved to dilhi after her husband war transferred.
IN A POLICE REPORT - They talked continuously on mobile. MAJOR Dwivedi once caught them during a video called. He warned them not to Continue the relation not more.
The police said- This pass Saturday Major Nikhil Handa reached in dilhi and ask Shailza Dwivedi to meet .In this meeting they had an argument.He pleasured her to marry him. And Ms Dwivedi refused his purpose. Then he stable him with a knife.
Major Handa was arrested on Sunday from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
