What's the history of this park? Any special reason why these stairs are all naked? So many questions. Lol
They are naked simply because Vigeland (the sculptor) wanted the park to be timeless! Better explanations can be found here: http://theoslobook.no/2016/07/29/oslo-vigeland-park/
