Sweet spoon small apple

Here is the recipe
1600gr small apples clear weight
2 wood of cinnamon
15 cloves
1/2 lemon
1 kg sugar
1 glass of water
White almonds
We peel off the apples. We put them in a bowl with lemon juice from a half lemon. We put a pot on fire with the sugar cinnamon cloves and the water. When the sugar has melted we put the apples and we low the fire to the middle. We boil them for half an hour. Then we put white almonds to every apple and it's ready to be served.
