My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2026
Back to 5000+ steps after the sixth heatwave of the year.
I had always thought that prisons were large ugly buildings that served a large area.
But I guess, that many years ago, every town would have had one.
Today's walk took 1h 22m, covered 6.6 km, burned 280 kcal and ascended 110m.
