Feature request in OpenPad(Notepad)|Open Source

This is my suggestion for OpenPad(Notepad) by Ekyver Soft.
Notepad is a simple memo with only a note function. It is an open source application with a 100 downloads.

Proposal
My suggestion is to add a word count feature. It is to count the number of words typed by the users.

If the user will click the word count the words will be automatically counted.
Benefits
The importance of having this feature is that it will be less hassle for the user to count the word one by one. It will also be time consuming if the user will count the word one by one so by having this feature the user have less effort and didn't have time wasted. It will make the app more enhanced and updated.
