My amaryllis from Keukenhof gardens in Amsterdam is in bloom.

this is cool, do they only bloom once a year?

I'm not too sure, this is my first one so I don't know what to expect.

This is a beautiful blooming flower. It looks like you're certainly taking good care of it.

I have it in the sun porch so it has full sun all day. It only bloomed yesterday, so hopefully it lasts a while.
