Prisoner's Rights
Hello everyone!!!!
I hope so you all are fine and happy 😀
No matter where we live on the mother earth but being a human being it's our basic right to ger food, shelter and treatment when becoming ill. Education is your basic right too but it still comes later but first food, shelter and health to live and to do work. But if we talk about criminals do they really deserve these Rights too as obviously they're also humans but they're criminals too living in the jails.

Prisoner's Rights!!!
If we generally saw them then we find them as a human too as they're from our own kind of creatures which is human being and some people think that criminals don't even treated so well because he's a criminal but prisoner's have also some basic right including food, clothing, talking and medical assistant too.
You know about that every jail has doctors and if new prisoner's come there they check him and give him proper medicine because according to our law too it's their right. It doesn't mean that now he's a prisoner and now he can die there as a prisoner while he's already there as a punishment and died there because of any disease isn't his punishment.
From prisoner's and crime i remembered an old movie named as Shawshank redemption which is about the prison life, they truly explained the life of a prisoner and they worked there, even sometimes they can get education there although their punishment us for 30 or 40 year's but still they've rights as they've to live because there's also a hope that one day they'll out from here.
After the punishment completion they really have to go back to home and what if there disease wasn't control or diagnosed in the prison then obviously it'll become a threat to his life when he'll go out from the prison. So, these medical assistant are their right because they're already in punishment to live there without family and without society.
If the treatment is so expensive then there must be any rules because i know that we humans who live freely too also paid huge amount of money on our treatments as sometimes the disease is so big that it needs expensive treatment then for that situation there should be law to pay money for the treatment but still giving treatment is their right.
Final thought's!!!
I'm not like that I speak in the favour of prisoner's but think for a moment here that if animals got injured or ill we take them to vet shop to giving them proper treatment then human need that treatment too as humanity allows to save humans it doesn't matter from where they belong but they're from mother earth and no one can deny this. And treated them as human being.
That's all for today and it's my entry in this week hive learner contest in #hl-exclusive for the topic of #hl-w231e2.

That's a deep question. On one hand, basic rights like food, shelter, and healthcare should be for every human regardless of who they are. We're all human.
But on the other hand, when someone commits a crime, especially a serious one, it's hard to say they deserve the same comforts as law-abiding citizens.
I think the balance is in rehabilitation. They should have the basics to survive and be restored, but not luxury. Jail should be about correction, not punishment alone.
What do you think should criminals have the same rights, or limited rights?

You made important considerations being that they're human deserving of this basic right and what if neglected health concerns become a threat to others outside when they probably get released? I remember watching Shawshank Redemption too. Inspiring movie on prison life.
I feel that criminals are already have their punishment in jail and not live freely in society so in jail they deserve to get basic human rights

Yeah, prisoners should be treated in accordance to their human right as well, the imprisonment is enough as a punishment. Thanks for sharing.
It's my pleasure 😀
