My 3 Splinterlands Land Predictions
“Success is not a random act."
In this video I make 3 predictions regarding land in Splinterlands.
- The land surveyed plots will end up in holders accounts, volume and trading will fall off a cliff. Prices will creep up and stall out.
- DAOs will continue to come into Splinterlands and scoop up assets.
- Borrowing, lending and using land as collateral will introduce leverage into the system.

Interesting predictions, especially the 3rd point ! I watched both of your recent youtube videos about land yesterday, and I must add that your insights are always thought-provoking! Awesome work as always!
That's a really interesting view about land. I believe that we will see a little more price decrease before the land market looses liquidity. We will probably get there however. When I see other games with lands like alienworlds, the land market dries out quite a lot. It's like with land in the real world. People kind of don't want to sell them and the view of it working as colleteral seems very interesting. Let's not forget that there are only 150k plots out there...
