While the flavors of evil that suffuse our world are myriad, and I reckon they're little different in essence, it is true that this particular outfit is apparently topping the heap in terms of impact.
However, this bit of tech seems to me rather more important than who is behind it.
What a marvelous kit for flooding their C&C with disinfo and malware!
I have never been more inspired to learn to code than by the revelation of this technology.
