Experience Points Discord Bot Bugfix & Downtime

Hi All,

The recent code addition to the tipping bot for experience points had a bug that caused it to crash when using direct messages.

I have just updated the software so it now returns a message to users who direct message the bot.

This might change in the future so it accepts direct messages again but for now this functionality has been disabled.
