Working for love pt. 7

Well, at least you saw it coming. It was clear as the morning sun reflected in snow when walking out the door.
How could you balance it ? With your ego maybe, but still keeping it casual to her.
You try. You just do, you are like the dog who actually catches the stick, you don't know what to do with it, so you hold on to it for a while before letting it go forever.
You see so many possible outcomes, and they all intersect with your take on the circumstances around you.
Maybe you should take more chances, it would hurt more, but still.
The last time you took a chance, you learned so much, and fell in love thrice, and they were all uniquely amazing.
This is you realizing how much potential lives within you. How you choose to channel it, use it, learn from it or ignore it, is all up to the choices you seem to make.
There's never a flavour you say top all other, they all play their part perfectly. Same thing with love, it's never the same and you can't and never should try to compare them, they serve their purpose on the terms given.
Be greatful you got to taste and learn something, maybe someday you get to do it again.
