Is STEEM wallet maintenance ?

Hi everyone i just want to deposit STEEM through poloniex or hitbtc, but the wallet was maintenance in both of sites?
is it just me that facing this problem?
Anyway, i don't use bitter due to the verification that it's too complicated.
