Sweet apple chips with cinnamon

World-famous and popular chips can be made not only from potatoes, but also from other products. In this recipe they are suggested to be made sweet.

sugar brown 2 tbsp.
cinnamon ½ tablespoon

Wash apples, cut the fruit in half, take out the core, cut the flesh into thin slices or grate on a special grater for chips, the thickness of cutting - one and a half to two millimeters.

Separately mix brown sugar with ground cinnamon. Apple slices roll in the prepared mixture on both sides.

Cover the pan with a parchment, put the slices, put in a hot oven. The oven is by the hour on each side, the temperature is 100 degrees.
