Can anyone tell me who this man is?
His image is being used by a Nigerian using the name Loius Garnett to take money off woman? It's called being Catfished, so please let me know if you know him.

Yeah catfishing ... trying to get women to send em money ..happens all the time .. relentless at trying to "get to know you" so they can get you to send moola ! I do not recognize the poor fella. I hope he gets word soon!
